Guarantee

A lifetime replacement or repair guarantee is provided with each item that has been handcrafted in the Darling Bee workshop.

A 12 month warranty is provided for all goods sold by but not manufactured by Darling Bee.

Guarantee covers manufacturing fault only and items will be assessed for this upon their return. Once assessed, if item is found to be faulty, we will advise you if we can repair the item or if a replacement will be provided to you.

Please contact us before returning items to be assessed under guarantee.

Gaurantee does not extend to items damaged through misuse; however we are happy to repair these for you. Charges may apply so please contact us to arrange repairs.
